SubroCentre is a web-based subrogation platform that enables users to exchange subrogation demands electronically, attach supporting documents (bills of lading, survey reports, estimates, photographs and other evidentiary documents), negotiate settlements online, view reports and download audit trails.

SubroCentre is an online software application that helps users organise their settlement activities and communicate with other parties quickly and securely through two primary components:

Project Management – a platform providing electronic document exchange and management

Dealmaker - a tool to help automate settlement negotiations.

Project Management allows for the creation of claim projects and is a collaborative environment providing electronic document management (upload, download, editing and version control), discussions, reporting and audit trail downloads.

SubroCentre can be used to notify, discuss and negotiate claims by anyone invited by a registered user.

SubroCentre provides a highly efficient process removing the delays and frictional costs associated with the traditional paper based claim recovery and defence process.

The focal market for subrocentre is ocean-marine cargo. However the data model is applicable to a wide variety of insurance and reinsurance applications.
